5-Day corporate Governance Training Course Certificate
Transcend Media Group (TMG) CEO, Mr Tony Gatheca, and Operations Director, Mr Lai Muthoka recently took part in a 5-day corporate governance training course for directors at the Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa in Mombasa, Kenya.
The aim of the course was to enable all 47 participants to broaden their knowledge and understanding of corporate governance, performance and productivity, build on leadership and teamwork skills, strategic direction setting, transformance, strategic plans, board manuals, charters, and evaluation tools just to name a few.
The training course was created so that it may create a core team of trained Directors with the determination, creativity and innovativeness to develop organizations into effective wealth creating organs of society.
At the end of the training course, participants who pass all examinations are awarded with a certificate for the “5-Day Corporate Governance Training Course for Directors”. This certificate certifies a participant to be a Director, therefore adding value to themselves and their business.
