Prudential Leadership Program is a community of Change Makers dedicated to fostering a culture of innovation through engagement with Young Professionals who will contribute and shape the future of Prudential. Harnessing on the creativity and energy of employees above 35 yrs. of age, the cohorts will collaborate across locations, businesses, and departments, generating ideas and prototypes, and resulting in proposals to create a future-ready and competitive Prudential.
